about

Airshow (airshowmastering.com) proves once again they are the “masters” of restoration! Thank you, Randy LeRoy, for your intricate expertise!

Bob Devlin’s "One-Man Band Christmas," originally recorded and mixed by Mike Zook in 1989, carries us into a touching holiday celebration of the King’s birth. Delicate moments are created whether whirling around the room with your love to 'Silver Bells' or watching a fire burn and snow softly fall that bring jingle bell accents to your door! With a honed voice and like a specialist carving diamonds, Bob delicately yet precisely rocks his tremolo through the 'Mountain' announcing the Child’s birth to plains of resounding 'Amens.' 'Broke' echoes to many even today but with friendly musicians, a popping piano and teary tuba, it reminds us it is still a celebration! Ho-ho-ho-ho builds a snowman with coal and carrot, and the cd ends with the reminder it is truly a Merry Christmas wished to you and yours and all! Musicians on 'Broke' include: Paul White – drums; Ron Trotta – piano; Bill McCommon – trombone; Marty Erickson – tuba; Cathy Fink – banjo; Marcy Marxer – inspired special effects. Many thanks to Rae Owings for the cover art.
